Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. n33 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings may be forfeited at n33's sole discretion.
n33 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with Applicable Regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. n33 may restrict Account functionality, including withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
n33 Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.
n33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify n33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
n33 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. n33 reserves the right to suspend an Account if suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation.
n33 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider.
n33 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which n33 accepts no responsibility.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank may take 1–3 business days.
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. n33 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
Funds that have been credited as a Bonus Balance are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real Money Balance funds that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the n33 Platform without prior written consent from n33.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting n33 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
